Where an appliance can be repaired economically, we’ll always look to extend the life of the appliance rather than recommend unnecessary replacement. If the age, condition or cost of the repair means replacement would be the more sensible option, we’ll tell you.
Our call-out fee covers fault diagnosis and labour for most repairs, including a return visit to fit parts where required. If a repair involves additional labour or specialist work, we’ll always explain this clearly and agree any additional costs with you beforehand.
